Following Vobile’s successful IPO, re-located to the UK to lead the company’s European expansion while continuing in the role of VP, Global Services. Responsible for driving regional growth and business development initiatives, including managing global strategic partnerships and conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions. Part of the global team responsible for onboarding new acquisitions and ensuring alignment with Vobile’s strategic direction. Collaborate closely with the Product and Innovation teams to ensure Vobile’s products and services remain competitive and aligned with evolving industry trends and client needs.
VP, Global Services
As Vice President of Global Services, responsible for directing all aspects of service, support, and account management for Vobile’s worldwide client base. Provide strategic leadership to the Client Services, Professional Services, Product Development, and Technical Support teams, leading a global organization of 100+ professionals to deliver a world-class service.
Highlights:
- Played a key role in Vobile’s successful listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (2018) by driving global growth, operational excellence, and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Partnered with clients and the Product team to ensure Vobile’s solutions remained at the forefront of the digital content protection industry.
- Supported the global Sales organization with ongoing client engagement, strategic account management, and overall service excellence initiatives.
Founding Team Member
Brought on board as employee number 6, tasked with building and leading the Global Services team while supporting the worldwide Sales organization with client presentations, product trials, and deal-closing activities. Personally managed key strategic accounts and partnered closely with the Product team to support go-to-market efforts for a world-class anti-piracy solution, driving rapid client adoption across the entertainment industry.
Highlights:
- Built the Global Services and Client Services teams from the ground up, providing end-to-end support for sales, onboarding, and ongoing account management worldwide.
- Played an instrumental role in securing every major Hollywood studio and major TV network as clients within six months of hire (transforming the company from a single contract to an industry leader).
- Developed and managed the company’s first anti-piracy programs, ensuring effective execution, scalability, and client satisfaction.

Following a company restructure, transitioned to the Entertainment Business Unit to lead initiatives focused on building and maintaining key client and partner relationships across North America. Served as a technical and industry domain expert on the Strategic Project Team, providing analysis and recommendations that shaped Macrovision’s Digital Home Strategy, that ultimately led to the company’s rebranding as Rovi, which later acquired TiVo, solidifying its position as a leader in the digital entertainment ecosystem.
Operations Lead
Tapped up by Macrovision to lead the development of its next-generation P2P interdiction solution. Directed Operations, Client Services, and Systems Administration teams to deliver large-scale anti-piracy initiatives for major entertainment clients. Managed the global deployment of 2,000+ servers across multiple international locations, built and scaled the Client Services organisation, and oversaw key strategic accounts to ensure world-class service delivery. Administered a multi-million-dollar budget, driving operational excellence and optimising resources across global teams.

Joined BayTSP (acquired by Irdeto) as one of the first employees (#5) and played a key role in growing the company from startup to profitability. Built and led the company’s first Client Services team, overseeing hiring, training, and operations.
