Manni Nagi

Manni is passionate about using his platform for purpose. He serves as a founding supporter of Alliance 4 Children, a non-profit dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of children, young people and families through evidence-based policy advocacy. In this role, In this role, he chairs the working group shaping policy on social media, online safety, AI ethics and digital wellbeing, working directly with MPs to drive meaningful legislative reform.

He also founded Nagi Day Global Aid, an international movement empowering girls and supporting marginalised families, and proudly serves as an Ambassador for Sport in Mind, helping break down stigma around mental health.

At his core, Manni is motivated by connection, contribution and the pursuit of progress; creating a future where innovation serves humanity, not the other way around.

🎓 Manni holds a BSc in Software Engineering from Oxford Brookes University. For his Final Year Project, he pioneered the design of an expert-based system that diagnosed conditions and recommended the best available medication based on patient symptoms. This forward-thinking innovation foreshadowed the rise of digital healthcare, with the NHS introducing a similar online symptom checker more than a decade later. Ironically, Manni was unable to receive his degree with honours, as no faculty member was qualified to assess the advanced nature of his project.

✈️ He also completed a 1-year paid internship at British Airways, where he built the first prototype of a user interface booking system. His work streamlined the booking process and laid the foundation for future customer-facing platforms. Three years later, British Airways launched its first online flight booking system for customers.

🏅 In 2025 Manni was awarded the honorary title of Humanitarian Civil Diplomat, acknowledging over two decades of dedicated global philanthropic service in the world’s least developed countries.

Manni’s career reflects a proven ability to transform challenges into opportunities. With over two decades of expertise in technology and strategy, he has worked alongside global giants in media, including Hollywood studios, software companies, to guide them through complex markets.

One of his most notable professional achievements came in 2018 when he played a pivotal role in taking Vobile public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This milestone was the result of determined collaboration and visionary leadership. Since then, Manni has focused on growing Vobile’s presence across Europe, championing initiatives that drive long-term success.

Beyond these executive roles, Manni thrives on helping others grow. He has mentored budding entrepreneurs through the King’s Trust and served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Haydn Green Institute at Nottingham University. It brings him incredible joy to see the individuals he has guided find their path and flourish.

Philanthropic Efforts

While Manni finds fulfilment in his professional endeavours, he sees his true purpose in philanthropy. For over 20 years, he has dedicated himself to humanitarian work, building initiatives that positively impact communities both locally and globally. His efforts have earned him the prestigious title of Humanitarian Civil Diplomat, a recognition of his dedication to fostering change for underserved populations.

Manni’s annual initiative, Nagi Day, feeds tens of thousands across Punjab, India, providing vital relief to underserved communities. Inspired by this mission of compassion, he founded Nagi Day Global Aid, a growing international movement dedicated to empowering girls and uplifting marginalized families.

Building on its founding mission, Manni serves as a major sponsor and global ambassador for a girls’ orphanage supporting nearly 200 girls. Its work also extends to funding weddings for underprivileged women, covering critical medical expenses, and delivering monthly food boxes to families facing food insecurity.

Closer to home, Manni’s passion for supporting children continues. As a founding supporter of the Alliance for Children, he serves as Working Group Chair, driving forward its mission to transform online safety and digital wellbeing, and helping to shape policies that deliver lasting, positive impact for children and families across the UK. As an Ambassador for Sport in Mind, the UK’s leading sports mental health charity, he advocates for the transformative power of sport to rebuild lives and restore hope.
